• The first South Georgia Pipit nest in living memory is discovered by wildlife expert and Team Rat veteran Sally Poncet, in an area cleared in Phase 2 of the HR project
• The third and final baiting phase of the HR project takes place from 23 January to 23 March 2015, completing the coverage of every rodent-infested area of South Georgia
• The House of Lords is the venue for a fundraising event celebrating the achievement of baiting every rodent-infested hectare of South Georgia.
• The South Georgia Museum team includes a fundraising volunteer for the first time. The successful candidate has a chance to practice their presentation skills and encourage donations from visitors, working with cruise ship staff to set up fundraising auctions on board ships and helping with the administration of donations.
• A South Georgia calendar is created and published by FOSGI as a fundraising tool, this becomes an annual production to keep donors updated on our various work.
